This is probably the best book to get if you are new to intermittent fasting. Now, I have tried intermittent fasting before, but read this book before I started it up this time around and learned a whole lot more about it. I realized what I was doing wrong the last time I tried this diet where I had not gotten the results that I have gotten now. I decided to use the 16:8 fasting plan for my diet on a daily basis. I start eating around 11 am and stop eating around 7 pm. I am currently breastfeeding so I didn’t want to go too long without getting calories to help feed my baby, and this was the best plan to go with. I do it every day, including weekends and I think that’s the key. I think the only thing I wished to see more in this book was pictures with recipes, and more recipes in general! Otherwise, I learned quite a lot reading this book.

Even without an instant pot, these recipes were so helpful to have and easy to make! It’s even so great to have the shopping lists already created for you! Highly recommend this!
