I read this back around Christmas time while my blog review writing was on hiatus and I wanted to share it with you all!

The story was a bit predictable in my opinion. It’s also a bit of a slow-burn when you start to read it. Regardless, the chapters and ending of the story left on a great cliff-hanger each time which had me begging for more. The setting to read around the Winter time is perfect, if I do say so myself. This is the first book in the new series, so I’m interested to see where this will go.
