Now that I have a child who loves to eat, I am always on the search for a great deal to effectively feed my family and not always be hungry. I also have to eat gluten and dairy free due to chronic medical health conditions. Between those two things, it seems impossible to eat affordably. It was until this book came along.
Thank you BenBella Books for my gifted copy in exchange for my honest review.

Toni’s guidance doesn’t just help you save money—it helps you save time, too. Every recipe in this book can be ready in around 30 minutes or less. Through her imaginative and incredibly customizable recipes, Toni empowers readers to make their own substitutions based on the ingredients they have on hand, reducing food waste in the process. There are 100 frugal-but-delicious recipes in this book.
Honestly? This is one of the best cookbooks I have ever seen! All recipes are short, totally doable, totally affordable, and have stunning pictures! I am amazed!! I also love that each recipe has tips from real people who have tested the recipe before the book was created AND a place for YOU to write your own tips and tricks to make the recipe fit your needs best. I can’t imagine a cookbook better than that! HIGHLY recommend you get this book to put it in your kitchen as soon as possible!
