Jane Doe by Victoria Helen Stone

Anytime a female character is portrayed as a crazy and powerful, I’m all in.

Thank you Amazon Publishing for sending me a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Jane has known that she a sociopath for awhile now. She’s pretty good at playing the part. So when her best friend committed suicide because of a previous relationship, Jane had to take action. Follow Jane as she disguises herself to get into the head of her best friend’s ex-boyfriend and absolutely destroy his life. Just how will she do it?

I couldn’t put this one down once I started. She’s such a creepy, crazy character! I fell in love with the idea of her immediately. I had a little tiff about the ending though. The author does such an amazing job at developing the story and creating hype at such a wonderful pace. You expect a dramatic crackdown in the end! That wasn’t the case for me. The ending felt completely rushed and it was all I was looking forward to. Regardless, it had me wrapped up all evening and thinking about it for days to come.
