I’ve been in a young adult kick as of lately, and this just hit the spot.
Thank you to Kids Can Press for sending me a copy of this book in exchange for my review.
The story starts off on a hard note – Raquel has lost her best friend Sasha. But, before long, Raquel gets small messages from Sasha that was left before her demise. Raquel is off on an adventure with Sasha’s long lost brother, Elijah. Join the two of them as they continue to get messages from Sasha while they mourn their loss and gain something special out of it.
Cue the tears! Oh, I loved this book so much! So many emotions. If you loved The Fault In Our Stars, you’ll love this book. Highly recommend it. An adorable story of friendship and love. And, I feel like this is a really unique story line with Raquel and Elijah’s relationship. A refreshing story.
5/5 Stars
This sounds quite good. I assume it is YA? Nice review.
